As well as our range of standard-sized metal post pallets, we also create bespoke, custom-size post pallets for many customers. We work closely with our clients during the design process and ensure that they get a product that suits their needs, and their budget!
Fixed and demountable post pallets
Post pallet stillages are our most popular product. We produce both fixed post pallets, where the posts are welded and part of the pallet, and demountable pallets which have removable posts. This enables them to be stored more compactly when not in use.
Bespoke post pallets
Whilst we manufacture a range of standard size post pallets, we also design and build bespoke (custom-size) post pallets for our clients. If required, a solid or mesh base can be included, or cross-bars to give extra strength. Other customisations can include wheels/castors for easy transportation or a range of finishes and colours.
Cage stillages/pallets
We also create a wide variety of cage pallets (sometimes called bins or mesh stillages) for our clients. We work closely with customers to create bespoke solutions to their needs.

Trolley Post Pallets / Stillages
We can produce post pallets requiring the addition of wheels/castors for ease of moving. A wide range of mesh stillages can be created with a variety of features. These can include such things as lockable castors, open or mesh sides, solid or mesh bases. And all trolleys can be produced in a range of finishes and colours.
